A new fertiliser plant for Egypt prompts a project in which Atex Delvalle has contributed its expertise on explosive atmospheres. In today's agricultural development, the use of nitrogen fertilisers is strategic. Nitrogen is a key nutrient for plant growth and of critical importance for industrial agriculture.

These nitrogen fertilisers are used to promote plant growth and improve plant cell structure; they also increase leaf area and promote the activation of the cells responsible for photosynthesis. Egypt is one of the countries where there are 17 plants that are technologically at the forefront of this type of industry, supplying not only local but also international markets.

SOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE ATEX DELVALLE ENGINEERING TEAM

For this project, due to its location in an environment where there is a risk of explosion, an ATEX solution was chosen. Through our wide product range and in compliance with strict Egyptian and European standards, we ensured the engineering through safety switches and circuit breakers, Terbox Series terminal boxes  and ATEX Contrex Series control and switch boxes, all made of GRP and "Ex d" aluminium, which are especially environmentally friendly. At Atex Delvalle we have a commitment between economy through materials and installation protection as well as the elements that cover the electrical enclosure.
